HOW IT WORKS

Four simple steps to accurate load measurement

Scan

Trucks are scanned 'empty' and these empty scans are stored within the system. The Load Scanner uses state-of-the-art laser technology to capture precise 3D measurements.

Process

Trucks are then scanned 'loaded' and these loaded scans are compared against the corresponding 'empty' stored scans using advanced algorithms.

Analyze

The system calculates the actual carried material volume for each loaded truck. High definition 3D images are generated in real time for instant analysis.

Verify

Load tickets are automatically generated with volumetric data and 3D images. Results can be emailed or printed in real time for immediate verification and precise record keeping.
